Using AIStackPicker

These Terms apply when you access or use AIStackPicker. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Information and estimates

AIStackPicker is an informational planning tool, not financial, legal, procurement, or professional technical advice. Estimates are computed from dated third-party data and assumptions. Prices, availability, compatibility, benchmarks, taxes, fees, discounts, and vendor terms can change or be incomplete. Freshness labels describe our evidence, not a guarantee. Verify material facts with the vendor before buying or deploying anything.

Third-party products and links

AIStackPicker does not sell or control the products it compares. A third-party site, product, or service is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Some human-facing outbound links may be affiliate links; commissions never change recommendations, rankings, displayed prices, or compatibility results. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Saved builds

Saving a build creates a randomized share link. Anyone who has that link can open the saved configuration; there is no account login or owner-only access. Do not include confidential, personal, regulated, or secret information in a build or related feedback. You are responsible for deciding whom to share the link with. Deletion requests may be sent to the address below with the permalink or share ID needed to locate the record.

Acceptable use

You may use the public website, REST API, and MCP interface for lawful evaluation and planning. You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security or access controls, evade rate limits, submit malicious content, use the service to violate another person’s rights, or impose an unreasonable load on the service.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIStackPicker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIStackPicker and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or purchasing and deployment decisions arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded are not excluded.
